The NCDM Database Excellence Award honors organizations that have demonstrated ingenuity and creativity in leveraging their marketing databases. The 2008 Gold award for the Business to Business category went to KBM Group (via our subsidiary DATACORE Marketing) and our client Michelin. The award recognized KBM Group for its development of a database solution, which helped Michelin build direct relationships with its dealers by giving dealers visibility to the value of doing business with Michelin.
In 2003, 2006 and again in 2007, Forrester selected KBM Group as one of the ten leading vendors in its evaluation of Database Marketing Service Providers, highlighting our healthcare expertise; integrated, strategic and analytic service; and our full service midmarket offering. The 2007 evaluation cites us for maintaining a “dominant position in the healthcare industry” and notes that clients laud our “account management as highly responsive and well-managed.”
